Death is not a pleasant thought, but it is a reality and needs to be planned for. It is important that your wishes for your property and provision for your family be put in place and actually happen.  This requires an executor whom you trust to administer your estate.  It is your duty to your family to make sure that you have a will.   If you do not, it creates confusion and conflict and it takes away your right to determine who benefits from your estate.
